During my first pregnancy, I wasn’t really taking care of my health. As a result I gained over 60lbs, developed preeclampsia, anxiety disorder and Postpartum depression.
While I was prescribed medicine particularly for the high blood pressure, my doctor also advised me to use physical fitness as a remedy. Not only was I able to get my weight and anxiety under control, I was also able to get off the prescribed meds.
I’ve been in love with fitness ever since. I’ve been actively employed in the fitness industry for over 8 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and group trainer.
I want to help others not just reach physical goals, but complete optimal wellness.
