Hey there! My name is Taylor & I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). My training background is in Ashtanga-Vinyasa style yoga, which focuses on unifying the breath and movement.
I started practicing yoga in 2015 and was completely fascinated by what my body was capable of doing and how great yoga made me feel, inside and out. Over the years I became more curious about yoga and decided to dive deeper into my practice by taking a 200 hour training program in Fall 2017 – Spring 2018. Also, I am currently in school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant — so I am a huge fan of human anatomy!
I believe that with intentional movement + breath, and a little fun along the way, we can begin or deepen your yoga practice. I strive to help you along your journey to become the best version of yourself!
